Description of Nano Calcium Depolymerization Equipment
Nano calcium enters from the top of the upper box of ZWV-1000 and is quickly dispersed by the pre cutting blade on the upper part of the rotor, scattering towards the four walls of the stator and entering the crushing zone composed of the stator and rotor. The large amount of airflow generated by the ultra high speed rotation of the rotor is influenced by both the rotating and stationary components inside the machine, as well as the appropriate guidance of the fan, and is transformed into countless rapid turbulent flows. These numerous air turbulence flows in the crushing zone accelerate the material to the same high speed as the air. The material is instantly changed in speed and direction, causing strong collisions in the area and achieving ideal cracking in high-speed airflow. Only a portion of the materials are refined by colliding with stationary and moving components inside the machine. The heat generated during the refinement process of the material is also carried away by the air in the grinding medium, and the high flow of air and turbulence ensure a small temperature rise. After the material enters the feeding chamber of ZFH-630 through the pipeline, it is subjected to centrifugal force near the vortex shell and grading turbine. The fine powder that meets the requirements is sucked out of the grading impeller and collected by the collection device. The coarse material falls into the lower box, where it is further dispersed by the secondary air intake. The fine powder mixed in the coarse powder enters the grading zone again with the airflow, and the coarse material falls down along the inner wall and returns to the cyclone mill for crushing. The control of fineness can be achieved by adjusting the speed of the motor and the secondary air inlet damper.
